That’s the question we have been asking for a couple of years now. It’s true that Americane Express, Chase, and Bank of America are all involved with Web 2.0 companies in one way or the other, but financial institutions in general struggle to keep up with the new technologies due to being too slow. WorkLight wants to change all that by enabling financial institutions to add more interactivity to their business processes.
I do agree with Worklight that everyone wants a higher degree of interaction with sites these days, but I am not sure whether the financial institutions are ready or do have the culture to embrace the Web 2.0 philosophy. I guess it is not harmful to be optimistic. Here is the rest of the story.
